The dyne pen is a test based on the surface performance of the dyne value. It is a basic detection method to quickly obtain the surface performance effect, rather than the "magic pen" or "felt tip pen" type. The principle of the dyne pen is very simple: separate the test part of the pen from the liquid storage part of the pen, in other words, the contaminants on the substrate will not be absorbed from the test liquid storage). By pressing the tube head and opening the valve, the tube head is filled with fresh liquid; flushed, and the tester is allowed to pass the sample to determine the dyne level. The result is based on the length of time it takes for the solution to form beads on the surface of the sample. Dyne test pens have all values from 30 to 70mN/m, and only one pen is provided. Use a dyne pen to measure the surface energy of the material (sometimes called the water droplet contact angle and surface tension). A quick test will determine whether the surface is processed to 38 mN/m or higher. The pen tip exerts a certain pressure on the measured surface. If the ink line shrinks or solidifies within 1-2 seconds, the surface will not reach the level of 38 dynes. If the ink mark is intact and there is no shrinkage, the surface of the sample is treated to make it reach 38 dyne or more.
