Linen, ramie and other linen fabrics have long been favored by buyers because of their good air permeability and comfort. However, because the dyeing performance of hemp fabric is poor, the dye is not easy to penetrate and diffuse, which limits the use of hemp fabric materials, so why the dyeing performance of hemp fabric is not ideal? In the plasma surface treatment process of the plasma activation equipment, through the elastic and inelastic collisions between the particles and the fabric surface, the slurry, oil stains, residual glue and other impurities on the fabric surface are loosened from the fiber and the solubility is improved. In addition, plasma is injected into the surface of the hemp fabric for etching, which improves the moisture absorption and dyeing performance of the fabric, realizes energy saving, shortens the time, and achieves better effects than conventional physical and chemical treatment processes.
